Curtious and helpful when looking for local storage. We were shown various available and soon to be available units so that we could judge the sizes. Thoroughly recommended for good service.

I used Folkestone Storage for over ten years and, throughout that time, I never had a single problem with either the facility or the staff.
The team, without exception, is absolutely wonderful. There is a genuine culture of good customer service, and it shows in every interaction.
My belongings were always safe, kept in excellent condition and at a stable temperature, which gave me complete peace of mind.
I cannot recommend Folkestone Storage highly enough.

I've been using Folkestone Storage for a couple of years now and never had an issue. The staff, in my experience, have been very helpful and understanding.

Ignore the negative reviews complaining about getting parking tickets as there are signs stating 30 minutes free parking and they've been there for years.

Fantastic facility, fantastic, friendly and very helpful staff and a good location from town centre max 10 min walk. You can also drive your car up the ramp onto the first floor parking area with a car or van.You are so good I've rented my unit continually since 2012. Thank you

I can't thank Folkestone storage enough. Not only did they find me space at short notice, the service throughout the last 5 months has been amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough, they are absolutely brilliant. Well done all of you 😊😊😊
